BCR has helped Breast Talk raise money for the UK charity Breast Cancer Campaign. Here is an excerpt from their website:
“We also help raise money for breast cancer research by giving some of the bras we collect to BCR Global Textiles. BCR sell them to traders in third world countries to support and supply their own businesses. This creates employment in poorer environments and allows the residents in these areas to make the choice as to what to purchase whilst creating viable economy.”
